Luc Messier has been appointed Managing Director of Dragages et Travaux Publics (HK) Ltd with effect from 1 September, 2002.

He will be responsible for the building and civil works activities of Dragages in Hong Kong.

Luc Messier, a civil engineer by origin, started his engineering career in the 80’s in Canada before joining Bouygues Travaux Publics, the civil works branch of Dragages’ parent company Bouygues Construction, in 1993. He has participated in many of Bouygues Construction’s major international projects since then.

The appointment of Luc Messier succeeds Ludwig Reichhold, who was assigned new responsibilities within Bouygues Construction.
