PROCUREMENT MANAGER |
Job Description Interface between the Projects and the world Procurement network. Interlocutor dedicated to several projects
Identify the Procurement subjects that can possibly benefit from group strategies, propose them to the Project Managers and involve the corresponding Procurement interlocutors of the network
Make sure that the functional needs of his Projects are well understood by the Procurement network
Negotiate at the best conditions the Procurement subjects taking into account the requirements in terms of time period, quality, in accordance with the local regulations in force
Implement within his project(s) the group Procurement policies and promote the world Procurement structure to Project Managers
Make a reporting for the project team and the Procurement Direction on the basis of criteria determined in common, i.e. the economic impact of Procurement actions locally
Negotiate Projects-specific Procurements that are not included within the scope of the group Procurement
Understand the problems and risks tied to the project: commercial context, planning, organization, client interlocutors (MO, MOE, R&D office, control office…), consideration of environmental constraints, logistics
Manage the supplier relation locally in coherence with the group Procurement strategy
Propose innovating products and supplier solutions to Projects
Adapt the “diffused” contracts to take into account the size of the project locally
Help implementing locally the group Procurement tools and the adoption by the Projects
Ensure the optimization of the recycling at the end of life of the products purchased by the site
Identify the new value added subjects
Exchange and share with the other project purchasers
Resolve the supplier disputes locally and resort to the network if necessary
Help Market purchasers to establish and implement their strategies
Assist the local suppliers to perform their missions Requirements • Higher Education

SENIOR SAFETY MANAGER / SAFETY MANAGER |
Requirements - Degree holder in safety or engineering discipline
- Registered Safety Officer of the Labour Department
- At least 5 years post RSO experience in construction site and 3 years in supervisory position
- Registered Safety Auditor of the Labour Department preferred
- Experience in Pay for Safety & Environmental Scheme is an advantage
- Experience in Quality, Environmental and/or Integrated Management Systems would be an advantage
- Must be fluent in both English and Chinese
